The grading of the lot next to In-N-Out would get any local excited and wondering. Could it be, are we are finally getting that Olive Garden? Did someone come to there senses and decide to build a Red Lobster? Of course not! This is Havasu, what is getting built is exactly what should of been expected, another strip mall. Hooray
